Our Story

“Is there a way for all of us to live more sustainably and more comfortably?”

The EDEN team’s journey started with this simple thought.

As we started to explore, we quickly found that the oil, propane, and gas furnaces in our homes were the biggest contributors to our carbon emissions. By replacing them with clean electric heat pumps, we could reduce our carbon emissions by as much as switching from a gasoline car to an electric vehicle.

We also discovered the benefits of upgrading to a heat pump - better comfort, healthier air, and lower energy costs. It really is better!

We're tying together our years of experience in the fields of real estate tech, private equity, and renewable energy, as well as a passion for sustainability, to craft an experience that everyone will love.

By working closely with like-minded local HVAC estimators and installer technicians, and carefully listening to the voices of 100+ homeowners, we developed and tested out our proprietary software and database that enables simplifying the entire process from both contractors' and homeowners' perspectives. Today, we are continuously improving our online tools and customer experience with the power of machine learning and generative artificial intelligence, together with a variety of proprietary data sources.

We believe in making it easy for everyone to make the right choice.

Our mission at EDEN is to make homes across America more sustainable by making the most comfortable and sustainable option the easiest choice for every homeowner.
